How Much Does a Trade Show Photo Booth Cost in Las Vegas? (2026 Pricing)

Social Booth LV photo booth setup at a Las Vegas event

Most photo booth companies make you request a quote to learn a number they already know. We publish ours, so this guide can be unusually direct: here is what a trade show or corporate photo booth costs in Las Vegas in 2026, what moves the number, and how to compare quotes that hide the ball.

The Numbers, Up Front

  • Corporate day rate: $750 per day. Trade shows, conventions, brand activations, pop-ups, and full-day corporate events. Includes the booth, an on-site attendant, a custom branded overlay, and lead capture.
  • Corporate hourly: $200 per hour, $600 minimum. Cocktail parties, receptions, mixers, and shorter-format corporate events; the minimum is a three-hour floor.
  • 360 video booth: $250 per hour. Slow-motion vertical video from a rotating platform, custom overlay, instant sharing, attendant included.
  • Classic booth: $200 per hour. Photos, boomerangs, and GIFs with backdrop, props, custom overlay, and an online gallery. Unlimited sessions.
  • Styling add-ons: balloon garlands at $23 per foot, marquee letters at $250 per hour; branded backdrops quoted per project.

These are the same rates on our pricing page. If a number changes there, that page wins.

Day Rate or Hourly: Which Applies to You

The line is simple: full-day coverage books the day rate; short events book hourly. A trade show booth running show hours across a day is squarely a $750 day-rate job, and it is priced flat so nobody watches a clock during the show. A two-hour evening reception after the show floor closes books hourly at $200 with the $600 minimum. Multi-day shows book the day rate per show day; ask us about multi-day scheduling when you check your date.

What Drives the Price

Format: 360 video runs above classic because the rig, platform, and processing are heavier; whether it earns the premium depends on your goal, which we break down in 360 vs traditional. Hours and days: the largest factor by far, which is why the day rate exists. Branding depth: a logo overlay is included; full custom backdrops and environment builds are quoted per project. Styling: garlands and marquee letters price by footage and hours, so a styled photo wall is a known number, not a surprise. What does not change the price: lead capture and the attendant, which some vendors sell back to you as add-ons. Ours are included.

Comparing Quotes Honestly

When a quote comes in far below these numbers, check what is missing: insurance to venue spec, an attendant, the branded overlay, data delivery, or Vegas logistics like dock time. Those gaps reappear on event day. When a quote comes in far above, ask what specifically you are getting for the difference; sometimes the answer is a genuinely bigger production, and sometimes it is a markup on the same booth. The questions worth asking either way are in our vendor checklist. Context that matters when comparing: we have run 6,000+ events since 2014 and hold a 5.0-star rating across 104 Google reviews, with pricing published the whole way.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a trade show photo booth cost in Las Vegas?

Our corporate day rate is $750 per day, covering the booth, on-site attendant, custom branded overlay, and lead capture for the full show day. Shorter corporate events book at $200 per hour with a $600 minimum. Both rates are published openly on our pricing page.

What does a 360 photo booth cost compared to a classic booth?

The 360 booth runs $250 per hour against $200 per hour for the classic booth. The premium buys the rotating video rig and social-ready vertical clips; the classic wins on throughput and prints. Many corporate events book both with different jobs.

Are there hidden fees on top of the published rates?

The rate includes the attendant, overlay, and capture. Styling add-ons are priced separately and quoted before booking: $23 per foot for garlands, $250 per hour for marquee letters, custom backdrops per project. You approve every line before anything is confirmed.

Why do some vendors charge much less?

Usually because something is not in the number: insurance, staffing, branding, or the logistics of a Vegas venue. Ask any low quote to itemize against the inclusions above and the difference usually explains itself within one email.

How far ahead should we book to hold these rates?

Booth space confirmed is the right trigger, typically two to four months before a show. Convention weeks and the November-December corporate season book earliest; published rates apply while dates remain open, so earlier locks both the date and the math.
