How far in advance should we book for a corporate event?
We recommend booking at least 3–6 weeks in advance for corporate events, especially during peak seasons (Q4 holiday parties, annual conference season). For large-scale activations or multi-day events, 6–8 weeks is ideal to allow time for custom branding and logistics coordination.
Can you accommodate multi-city or multi-day events?
Yes. While we're based in Las Vegas, we have experience supporting events across Nevada and California. For multi-day events, we offer extended rental packages with dedicated equipment and staffing. Contact us to discuss logistics for your specific event.
What branding options are available?
We offer full branding customization: photo overlays with your logo and colors, custom video intros, branded backdrops (step-and-repeat, fabric, or digital), co-branded gallery pages, and print templates. Send us your brand guidelines and we'll handle the design.
Can the booth capture email leads for our CRM?
Yes. Our booth interface can include a lead capture form before or after the photo experience. We collect names, emails, phone numbers, and custom survey questions. Data is exported as a CSV that integrates with any CRM — Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
What happens if our event runs overtime?
We understand corporate events don't always run on schedule. Overtime is billed at our standard hourly rate, pro-rated to the nearest 30 minutes. Your attendant will check in with your event coordinator before any overtime begins.
Do you offer white-label service for event agencies?
Absolutely. We provide full white-label service for agencies and planners. Our team operates under your brand — no SocialBoothLV branding visible to guests. We handle execution while you maintain the client relationship. Contact us for agency partner pricing.
