When you submit an inquiry through our contact forms or request a quote, we collect personal information that you voluntarily provide. This includes your full name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, and any additional details you choose to share about your event needs. All form submissions are securely stored in our Supabase database, where they are encrypted at rest and in transit.

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, device information, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and general location data (city and state level). This information helps us understand how visitors interact with our site and allows us to improve the user experience.

Additionally, we collect analytics data through third-party services including Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel. These services use cookies and similar tracking technologies to gather information about your browsing behavior, session recordings (in aggregate form), and conversion events. How We Use Your Information

The primary purpose of collecting your contact information is to respond to your inquiries and provide you with accurate quotes for our photo booth rental and event decoration services. We use your event details to understand your specific needs and tailor our proposals accordingly. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days and will contact you via your preferred communication method.

We also use your information to improve our services and website functionality. By analyzing how customers interact with our site and what services they inquire about, we can better understand market demand and refine our offerings. This includes tracking which pages are most popular, what device types our visitors use, and where potential customers are located geographically.

With your explicit consent, we may use your email address and phone number for marketing purposes, such as sending newsletters, promotional offers, seasonal discounts, and updates about new services. Vercel hosts our website infrastructure and provides deployment, CDN, and serverless function capabilities.

Each of these third-party services processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms of service. We carefully vet all providers to ensure they meet industry-standard security and privacy practices. Data Retention

Lead data collected through contact forms and quote requests is retained in our Supabase database for up to 2 years from the date of submission. This retention period allows us to maintain a record of past inquiries, follow up on potential future bookings, and analyze seasonal trends in our business.

If you complete a booking with us, we retain your event details and contact information for up to 3 years to support customer service needs, warranty claims, and potential future bookings. Photos and videos from your event are stored according to the terms specified in your service contract, typically for 30 days unless you request extended storage or deletion.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at hello@socialboothlv.com. We will process your deletion request within 30 days, removing your data from our active systems. Please note that we may retain certain information if required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

Your Rights

As a Nevada-based company, we comply with Nevada SB 220, which grants Nevada residents the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information. While we do not sell personal information as defined by the statute, you may submit a verified request to exercise this right. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of sales.

All users, regardless of location, have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate data, and request deletion of your information (subject to certain legal exceptions). Our photo booth and event decoration services are marketed to adults planning events, and our website content is designed for an adult audience. We require that all individuals submitting contact forms or booking services be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without proper parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our systems. While children may appear in photos or videos taken at events where our photo booths are used, this content is collected as part of the service provided to the adult client who booked the event. Parents attending events should speak with the event host about their photo sharing preferences and can request that specific images not be included in deliverables.
