SEMA Show's Go-To Photo Booth Team

The SEMA Show is the premier automotive specialty products trade show, drawing over 160,000 industry professionals to the Las Vegas Convention Center every November. The energy on the show floor is unmatched, with custom vehicles, celebrity appearances, and cutting-edge automotive technology competing for attention.

A photo booth at SEMA works because the audience is already primed for visual content. Attendees are photographing everything -- cars, parts, builds, booths. Giving them a branded photo experience inside your exhibit creates content they will share immediately, extending your brand's reach across automotive social media.

SEMA 2026 is November 3 to 6. Here is what still works this week.

If you are reading this in October, the calendar is not the problem, the paperwork is. Three things are still possible right now: a certificate of insurance naming LVCC and SEMA as additional insured, back to you within one business day; an EAC filing if SEMA's window is still open, which we check against the current exhibitor manual and answer on the first call; and a hand-carry load-in, so no freight or material-handling deadline applies to the booth. Power is ordered through the show's official contractor, so tell us your booth number and we submit it with yours.

The rate is the published corporate day rate, $750 per show day, and it covers the booth, an on-site attendant, a SEMA-themed branded overlay, and the same on-screen lead capture that collected 500 qualified leads for Light & Wonder in a single convention activation. Four show days, four line items, no surprises.

SEMA Vendor Paperwork: COI and EAC

Every LVCC show runs on two rulebooks: the venue's exhibitor services manual, and the show organizer's requirements stacked on top of it. The same vendor can need different paperwork for two different shows in the same hall, so SEMA requirements get checked against SEMA's current exhibitor manual, not whatever applied at the last show in the building.

Certificate of insurance (COI). The venue, and often the show organizer, must be listed as additional insured under their exact legal entity name. We return a COI within about a day of the request. A COI with the wrong entity name gets kicked back for correction, which burns days you don't have during move-in week.

Exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) approval. This is how a show authorizes outside vendors, a photo booth company included, to work the floor. It runs on its own clock, and EAC paperwork often closes weeks before move-in. Miss the cutoff and the vendor legally cannot work the floor, no matter how early the booth itself was reserved.

Load-In at LVCC: Hand-Carry, Freight, and Power

Equipment a vendor can hand-carry in one trip is typically vendor-handled. Palletized freight routes through the venue's material handling process instead, which adds steps to the move-in schedule. Power drops are ordered through the show's official contractor, never installed by the vendor, so the power order belongs in the same planning window as the contract and COI. Union jurisdiction over freight and power is published in each show's exhibitor manual and varies by show and contractor.

The four questions exhibitors ask us, answered

Will you name the venue, and the organizer if required, as additional insured on the COI? Yes, under the exact legal entity names, within one business day. Are you EAC-approved for this specific show? We file for each show against its current manual and tell you where that stands before you sign. Is your equipment hand-carried or freight? Hand-carried in one trip, so it stays off the material-handling clock. Who orders the power drop? We submit it through the show's official contractor alongside your order.

If you want to compare vendors, ask every one of them the same four questions. The one who has to check and get back to you on the EAC question is the one to press before you sign.

SEMA 2026 runs November 3 to 6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. If you are booking now, the paperwork is what decides it, not the calendar: we return a certificate of insurance to LVCC's and SEMA's additional-insured spec within one business day, check SEMA's current exhibitor manual for the EAC window and tell you yes or no on the first call, and plan a hand-carry load-in so no freight deadline applies. For future shows, two to four months out is comfortable.
Every rental includes a professional attendant, custom overlay, themed props, setup and teardown, and a digital gallery. The 360 booth also includes a custom soundtrack.
A certificate of insurance (COI) naming the venue, and often the show organizer, as additional insured under their exact legal entity name, plus exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) approval where the show requires it. EAC paperwork often closes weeks before move-in, so ask about that deadline on the first vendor call. We return a COI within about a day of the request.
Corporate activations run on a $750 day rate that covers the booth, an on-site attendant, a custom branded overlay, and lead capture. Multi-day shows bill the day rate per show day, so plan one line item for each day your booth is open.
