Pricing

Straightforward day and hourly rates — no request-a-quote games.

How much does a photo booth rental cost in Las Vegas?
Classic photo booth rentals start at $200/hr with a three-hour ($600) minimum. The 360 video booth is $250/hr. Corporate day coverage is a flat $750/day for full conferences, trade shows, and activations. Balloon garlands price at $23/ft.
When does the $750/day rate apply vs $200/hr?
Full-day corporate coverage — conferences, trade shows, brand activations — books at the $750 day rate. Shorter corporate events (cocktail hours, receptions, mixers) book hourly at $200/hr with a $600 minimum.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes — military and nonprofit discounts, bundle pricing when you combine services, and adjusted rates for multi-day corporate events and repeat clients.
Why aren't add-on prices listed publicly?
Add-on scope varies too much — venue, footprint, data integrations, print volume — for a single number to be accurate. We itemize add-ons in your proposal quoted to your specific event.
Booking & Availability

Reserving a date, deposits, and cancellations.

How far in advance should I book?
Most events book 2–4 weeks out. Q4 (November–December holiday parties) and major convention weeks — CES, MAGIC, NAB, SEMA — fill fast, so reserve those as early as you can.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A retainer holds your date; the balance is due before the event. Retainer amount is spelled out in your quote and locks in your rate.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 30 days out receive a refund minus the retainer. Inside 30 days the retainer covers the held date and any pre-booked services. We'll always try to reschedule when your event moves.
What areas do you serve?
The entire Las Vegas metro — the Strip, Downtown, Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Paradise, Spring Valley, Enterprise, and Green Valley. For venues outside these areas we quote a small travel add-on.
Setup & Space

How much room the booth needs and how long setup takes.

How much space does the booth need?
A standard open-air photo booth needs roughly a 10×10 ft footprint plus a nearby standard outlet. The 360 platform needs a bit more clearance so guests can move safely around the arm. We confirm exact specs for your venue in advance.
How long does setup and teardown take?
We arrive early and set up in about 90 minutes before doors open, then handle teardown afterward without disrupting event flow. For trade shows and grand openings we coordinate with the venue's move-in schedule.
Do you provide an on-site attendant?
Yes — every booking includes a professional attendant to run the booth, help guests, keep the line moving, and manage the tech. You get to enjoy the event.
Can guests share their photos instantly?
Yes. Every package includes instant digital sharing — guests text or email themselves the photo (with your custom overlay applied) and can post it in seconds.
Corporate & Trade Show

Lead capture, branding, insurance, and venue paperwork for corporate buyers.

How do you handle lead capture at trade shows?
Guests enter an email and answer your qualifier questions before their branded photo is delivered. The data lands in an export you can push to HubSpot, Salesforce, or any CRM — before the guest leaves the booth.
Can you match our brand?
Every activation is branded to your campaign — custom photo overlay, booth wrap, backdrop, and hashtag. Send your brand assets and we build around them.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
Yes. We're fully insured and provide a COI and W9 on request — typically same-day for venue and procurement requirements. We're familiar with the paperwork at LVCC, Mandalay Bay CC, Venetian Expo, Caesars Forum, Wynn, and MGM Grand.
Do you work with EAC (Exhibitor Appointed Contractor) rules?
Yes. We coordinate with the show's general services contractor and follow the venue's EAC filing timeline — usually 30–60 days out. Union labor requirements at LVCC and Mandalay Bay are built into our production plan.
Add-Ons & Extras

Booth formats, physical prints, backdrops, and props.

What booth formats do you offer?
Classic open-air photo booth, 360 slow-motion video booth, roaming photography, balloon garlands, and marquee letters/numbers. Any combination can run at the same event.
Do you offer physical printed photos?
Yes — 2×6 strips or 4×6 prints, single or double, with your custom overlay. Prints are an add-on quoted to your expected volume.
Can I bring my own backdrop or props?
Absolutely. We can also design and produce a custom-branded backdrop, and we bring a curated prop kit that matches your event theme.
