The Venetian Expo's Go-To Photo Booth Team

The Venetian Expo -- formerly known as the Sands Expo & Convention Center -- is directly connected to The Venetian and The Palazzo, making it one of the most accessible convention venues on the Las Vegas Strip. With over 1.2 million square feet of exhibit space, it hosts some of the biggest trade shows in the world.

A photo booth does something that product demos and banner stands cannot -- it creates a reason for attendees to stop, engage, and share. Our 360 booth generates slow-motion videos that attendees post to their social feeds within minutes, carrying your branding with them.

We handle every logistical detail so you can focus on your show. That means coordinating with the official show contractor for electrical and rigging, scheduling move-in within your designated window, and following The Venetian Expo's rules on signage and floor weight limits.

Venetian Expo Runs Its Own Exhibitor Rules

Venetian Expo operates under its own exhibitor policies, separate from the Venetian resort next door. A working relationship with the hotel's catering or event team doesn't carry over to the convention floor; outside vendors, photo booth companies included, work under Venetian Expo's exhibitor rules, not hotel policy.

The venue's Exhibitor Success Guide covers facility regulations, which services are exclusive to the venue and which are open to outside contractors, and the paperwork every outside vendor files before move-in. An exclusive service, such as electrical or rigging, can't be brought in independently, so which services are exclusive for your show is the first thing to confirm in the exhibitor services manual.

COI and EAC Deadlines at Venetian Expo

Like most convention venues, Venetian Expo requires a certificate of insurance (COI) naming the venue, and sometimes the show organizer, as additional insured. The catch isn't the coverage amount, it's the entity name: it has to match the exact legal entity the venue specifies, and small mismatches get rejected.

If your photo booth vendor isn't the venue's in-house or preferred provider, it likely has to register with the show organizer as an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), a separate process from the venue's own vendor rules. EAC deadlines routinely close two to four weeks before move-in, and a vendor who misses the cutoff can't legally work the floor. Ask about it on the first call, not during move-in week.

Which Booth Fits a 10x10 or 10x20 Exhibit Space

  • Open-air booth: fits a standard 10x10 with room for a backdrop and a small line. The simplest setup for a first-time exhibitor.
  • 360 photo booth: draws more foot traffic per hour but needs clearance on all sides, so it fits a 10x20 or corner booth.
  • Roaming photography: works in any footprint, with branded content moving through the aisle instead of staying at your station.

Freight, Power, Pricing, and When to Book

Anything a vendor can carry into the hall in one trip is typically vendor-managed. Crated or palletized freight routes through the venue's official material handling desk, which usually adds fees and lead time. Power drops are ordered on the show's electrical order form, not installed by the photo booth vendor, so confirm the booth's wattage early and the drop is sized correctly on show day.

Our corporate day rate is $750 per day and includes the booth, an on-site attendant, and a custom branded overlay. Book two to four months out to secure the date and leave time for the COI, EAC registration, and overlay artwork, and move the call up further if your show falls in peak convention season in January or October.
