We're a Las Vegas photo booth company, which means we show up at dozens of weddings every month, at every kind of venue in this city. Over time, you notice which spots are great to work with, which ones have layouts that make for beautiful photos, and which ones have quirks that matter once you've paid the deposit.
This is our working list for 2026 — fifteen Las Vegas wedding venues we either love working at, get asked about constantly, or recommend to couples who ask us "where should we look?" We've broken them into four groups based on the vibe you're going for.
Outdoor Wedding Venues in Las Vegas
Outdoor garden venues are the quintessential Vegas wedding experience — lush greenery against the desert, string lights at night, ceremonies under the sky. These are some of the most photographed spaces in the city.
Rainbow Gardens
Rainbow Gardens is one of the most popular outdoor venues in Las Vegas, with 780+ five-star reviews to back it up. Multiple ceremony sites on one property, several reception options, and an on-site wedding coordinator who knows what she's doing.
Good for: Mid-to-large weddings (100–300 guests), outdoor evening ceremonies, couples who want flexibility in ceremony style.
Sunset Gardens
All-inclusive garden venue on the east side of Vegas. One of the most organized teams we work with — everything runs on time, vendors get clear load-in instructions, and the ceremony-to-reception flow is smooth.
Good for: Couples who want one contact, one package, and minimal vendor juggling.
The Grove
A sprawling estate venue on the southwest side with multiple ceremony sites and a grand ballroom for receptions. One of the few Vegas venues that can host 300+ comfortably without feeling like a convention.
Good for: Bigger guest counts, multi-space weddings (ceremony here, cocktail hour there, reception somewhere else).
Lakeside Weddings & Events and Lakeside Village
Two related venues with a Mediterranean-lakefront feel. Both produce some of the best daylight and sunset photos in the city — the water and sky give you golden hour on almost any day of the year.
Good for: Daytime ceremonies, outdoor enthusiasts, couples prioritizing photography over dance floor.
Emerald at Queensridge
Country-club style venue with a manicured outdoor lawn and indoor ballroom. Noticeably more upscale than the typical Vegas garden venue — think Napa meets the desert.
Good for: Black-tie weddings, bigger budgets, couples who want the country-club aesthetic without joining a country club.
Small & Intimate Wedding Venues in Las Vegas
If you're planning a micro-wedding, elopement, or intimate ceremony (say, under 50 guests), Vegas has more options than almost any other city. These chapels and boutique spaces are built for small weddings that still feel special.
Love Story Wedding Chapel
The highest-reviewed wedding venue in Las Vegas, with over 2,000 five-star reviews. If you're doing a smaller ceremony and you want a team that has run literally thousands of them, this is the move.
Good for: Elopements, vow renewals, couples who want the experience without the planning stress.
Bliss Wedding Chapel
Boutique chapel with strong branding and genuinely thoughtful packages. The team communicates proactively with every vendor — we've never had a day-of surprise at Bliss, which is saying something.
Good for: Intentional small weddings, Instagram-worthy photo opportunities, couples who want boutique without big-box chapel vibes.
Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel
The themed-wedding specialist. Elvis, sci-fi, rock-and-roll, gothic — they have it all. If you're getting married in Vegas and want to lean into the Vegas-ness of it, this is the place. Their photo booth prop shelf is already half the work.
Good for: Couples who want a memorable theme, second-time weddings that deserve to be fun, anyone who loves the Vegas of the 70s.
Scenic Las Vegas Weddings
These are outdoor desert ceremonies — Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, Grand Canyon helicopter weddings. Technically not a traditional "venue," but some of the most unforgettable ceremony locations we've ever worked.
Good for: Destination-feel weddings without leaving the country, adventurous couples, photographers who want epic backdrops.
All-Inclusive Wedding Venues in Las Vegas
All-inclusive venues bundle the ceremony site, reception, catering, rentals, and sometimes even photography into one package. For a lot of couples, this is the biggest stress-reducer in wedding planning.
Vegas Weddings
One of the largest and best-known chapel operations in the city, with multiple ceremony rooms and reception packages. Vegas Weddings and Vegas Wedding Chapel are sister operations that together handle an enormous volume of weddings — their process is dialed in.
Good for: Out-of-town couples flying in for a Vegas weekend, fly-in families, streamlined experience.
Sunset Gardens (All-Inclusive Option)

Lotus House Events
Hybrid venue that handles weddings and corporate events equally well. Great option if you're planning a bigger wedding weekend — the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and post-wedding brunch can all happen in the same space.
Good for: Wedding weekends (not just a day), couples who want one venue contract, out-of-town guest logistics.
Unique & Modern Wedding Venues in Las Vegas
These are the newer-generation venues with their own design point of view. Strong visual branding, often more flexibility on the vendor side, and almost always great lighting and ceiling heights — which means our 360 booth and mirror booth setups shine at these spots.
Ever After
Relatively new and already one of the highest-rated venues in the city. Clean lines, modern fixtures, and the kind of photo-ready lighting that usually requires expensive rentals elsewhere.
Good for: Modern-minimalist aesthetic, design-focused couples, weddings with a strong visual point of view.
Las Vegas Immersive Weddings
LED immersive backdrops — your ceremony happens inside a 360-degree video environment. It's a brand-new format for weddings, and it pairs incredibly well with our 360 booth for a tech-forward wedding.
Good for: Content-first weddings, younger couples, anyone who wants the most shareable ceremony video of the year.
Renowned Events
Full-service production company with a flexible event space. The right choice if you want a design-custom wedding, not a venue template.
Good for: Couples who want to art-direct their wedding, planners who want freedom, custom lighting and staging.
How to Choose the Right Las Vegas Wedding Venue
Picking a venue is 80% of your wedding decisions, because almost everything else (budget, vendor list, guest count, style) gets constrained by it. Here's what we wish more couples thought about before signing:
Budget reality check. Las Vegas wedding venues range from $2,000 for an intimate chapel elopement to $30,000+ for an all-inclusive estate weekend. Most garden venues land somewhere between $6,000–$15,000 for a Saturday night peak season.
Peak season is March–May and September–November. The best venues book 9–12 months in advance during peak. If you want a Saturday in October at a popular outdoor venue, assume you're booking by February.
Guest count dictates venue type more than style does. Under 30 guests → look at chapels and boutique venues. 50–150 → most garden venues. 200+ → you're looking at estates, casino ballrooms, or multi-space properties like The Grove.
Ask about preferred-vendor lists. Most good venues keep a list of vendors they trust. Booking from that list usually means better coordination, faster load-in, and fewer day-of surprises. If a venue requires you use their list, that's a sign they care about quality — not a problem.
A Few Vendor Notes (From Us)
Since we set up at most of these venues regularly, here are a few things most couples don't think about but wish they had:
- Ask about power access for vendors. Outdoor venues sometimes have limited outlets near the reception area. Your photo booth, DJ, and lighting team all need power — make sure your venue coordinator has a plan.
- Confirm the load-in timing. Some venues only allow 90 minutes for vendor load-in. Others give 3+ hours. This directly affects your cocktail-hour start time.
- Check ceiling heights for booth-style setups. Our 360 booth needs about 8 feet of clearance. Most venues have more than enough, but a few boutique chapels have dramatic low ceilings (a feature, not a bug) that require our low-profile rig.
- Your venue can probably recommend a photo booth vendor. We're on the preferred-vendor list at several of the venues above. If you mention your venue when you request a quote from us, we'll confirm the logistics fit in about 15 minutes.
